Shipping Policy

Agronova LLC ships agricultural products—including beans, grains, seeds, nuts, spices, oils, and other commodities—to customers worldwide. Because many of our goods are perishable or sensitive to handling, we follow strict processes to ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on availability, packaging requirements, or export documentation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S./Poland public holidays.

If we expect any delay beyond normal processing time, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Locations

Agronova LLC ships domestically within the United States, throughout Europe, and globally where agricultural imports are permitted.

Your order may ship from the location closest to your destination or where stock is available.


3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We partner with reputable carriers for domestic and international shipments. Typical delivery times:

United States Deliveries

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Europe Deliveries

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days (depending on destination)

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Deliveries

  • Standard International: 7–20 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Note: Transit times vary based on customs clearance, carrier workload, weather, and destination regulations.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and volume

  • Destination country or region

  • Selected shipping method

  • Any additional handling or regulatory requirements (e.g., phytosanitary certificates for seeds)

Bulk freight, pallet shipments, or container shipments will receive custom quotes.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

  • Local regulations regarding agricultural products

Agronova LLC cannot reimburse delays caused by customs or government inspections. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their country allows import of the purchased goods.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to agricultural regulations, some products cannot be shipped to certain countries or regions. Restrictions may apply to:

  • Seeds

  • Raw grains

  • Oils

  • Fertilizers

  • Nuts and plant-based products

If your order includes restricted items, we will contact you to revise or cancel the order.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


8. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed, lost, or misdelivered:

  1. Contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

  2. If unresolved, email us at contact@agronovallc.com or info@agronovallc.com.

Agronova LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

We will, however, assist to the best of our ability to find a solution.


9. Damaged Shipments

Inspect your shipment upon arrival.
If products are damaged, leaking, contaminated, or compromised, notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • Description of the issue

10. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days and we will correct the issue promptly.
