Agronova LLC ships agricultural products—including beans, grains, seeds, nuts, spices, oils, and other commodities—to customers worldwide. Because many of our goods are perishable or sensitive to handling, we follow strict processes to ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on availability, packaging requirements, or export documentation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S./Poland public holidays.
If we expect any delay beyond normal processing time, we will notify you by email.
Agronova LLC ships domestically within the United States, throughout Europe, and globally where agricultural imports are permitted.

International customers are responsible for:

Agronova LLC cannot reimburse delays caused by customs or government inspections. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their country allows import of the purchased goods.
Due to agricultural regulations, some products cannot be shipped to certain countries or regions. Restrictions may apply to:
Seeds
Raw grains
Oils
Fertilizers
Nuts and plant-based products
If your order includes restricted items, we will contact you to revise or cancel the order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
If your order appears delayed, lost, or misdelivered:

Agronova LLC is not responsible for:
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received
Carrier delays beyond our control

Inspect your shipment upon arrival.
If products are damaged, leaking, contaminated, or compromised, notify us within 48 hours with:
