Refund & Return Policy

1. What We Sell & How It Affects Returns

Agronova LLC supplies agricultural and food products: beans, coffee, maize, nuts, seeds, spices, oils, fertilizer, and related bulk commodities. agronovallc.com Because many of our products are perishable or consumable, our return policy includes special conditions to ensure safety, freshness, and quality.


2. Return / Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days after receiving your order — but only if one of the following is true:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, or

  • You received a product significantly different from what was ordered (wrong type, wrong variety, etc.)

Because most of our offerings are food items or consumables, we do not accept returns simply because a customer changed their mind.

For a product to qualify for refund/return:

  • It must be returned in original, unopened condition (sealed packaging, unspoiled), and

  • If applicable, still within shelf-life or freshness standards for that product.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe your order meets the above criteria:

  1. Contact us via email as soon as possible (but no later than 30 days after delivery) at:

  2. In your email, include your order number, date of purchase, photos of the received item (especially showing the damage or issue), and a short description of the problem.

  3. Await our response. If we approve your request, we’ll provide instructions — which may include a return shipping address (depending on your location and product type).

Note: Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorised returns will likely be rejected.


4. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • For approved returns, we may issue a return shipping label, or ask you to return at your own cost (depending on location, product type, and fault).

  • Agronova LLC is not responsible for items returned without tracking, or those lost/damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for any returns.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned shipment:

  • If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method (or otherwise as agreed) within 10 business days.

  • If the refund is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product), you will not be charged shipping or restocking fees.

  • If the return is accepted but the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or does not meet the return conditions (e.g. opened, partially used, perished), we may deny the refund or offer a partial refund, at our discretion.


6. Non-returnable Items

Because of their perishable or consumable nature — we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • Food, seed, spice, nut, or oil products that have exceeded their shelf-life, or whose packaging has been compromised.

  • Bulk agricultural commodities that are repackaged or customized per order (e.g. pre-blended mixes, custom packaging).

  • Any item for which you simply changed your mind or no longer want (unless there is a material defect or shipping error).

If in doubt, contact us before placing an order or as soon as you receive your order.


7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives and you find:

  • Damage in transit,

  • Defect in packaging, quality or contents, or

  • You received the wrong product or variant —

Contact us immediately upon reception (within 48 hours preferred), at contact@agronovallc.com or info@agronovallc.com, with photos and a description of the problem. We will evaluate and — if validated — offer a replacement, refund, or other corrective action.
