Description
Soybeans grown organically are free of genetically modified organisms and other artificial substances, including fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. A full-spectrum plant-based protein, they come in shades of beige or pale yellow and include each of the nine amino acids. Many people who are concerned about their health include organic soybeans in their diets because they are rich in fiber, iron, calcium, and isoflavones, which are natural substances that have antioxidant effects.
They are the building blocks for many soy goods, including tempeh, miso, soy flour, tofu, and soy milk. Their adaptability and high protein content make them a favorite among vegans and vegetarians.
